Another is when the applicant claims she/he is familiar with Word, but shows she/he cannot handle basic Word functions, i.e., italics/normal type, paragraph alignment, punctuation and dictionary checkout:

this will reveal how your CV was structured. In this particular case, it demonstates a very poor handling of Word basics... look:

The writer uses blank characters and tabulations instead of using a simple table, as in the example below, a far better layout:

Still another problem is the inappropriate use of Word's built-in fantasy lettering, as shown below. It looks as if the person is some kind of show business star:
